Cinema, Television, Retro Gaming, Photography and Geeky Nonsense.
Two VHS classics from growing up that i manged to find incredibly cheap in a charity shop for £1 each. Pokemon The First Movie and Pokemon 2000.
These films were both released at the height of Pokemania in the west. I vividly remember watching the first movie at the cinema and my copy of the VHS went missing many years ago, sadly.
Only need a VHS copy of my favorite Pokemon film, Pokemon 3: The Movie, to complete the collection of my childhood favorites.

Found these two Lucasarts classics in a Charity shop for 99p.
Day of the Tentacle, which i have never had the pleasure of paying, and Sam and Max Hit The Road. I love the newer telltale Sam and Max games and love the classic Lucasart titles such as Secret of Monkey Island so cannot wait to play these!

To all the bastards ruining my hobbies.

If being a “Gamer” means being an arsehole towards anybody that doesn’t find value in games as entertainment or as art then count me out.

I Love playing video games, and i always will, i just hate the way some extremes of the hobby are making it unbearable to discuss online. If you love Call of Duty, Zelda, Skyrim or JRPG’s you are a fan of games. If you like Mario, Candy Crush and Angry Birds your still a fan of games.

Don’t understand this “Your not a gamer if you don’t like X, Y and Z” mentality. It’s just plain snobbishness which i don’t understand.

Spent many years as a young kid being bullied for what i believed in and what i enjoyed, wishing it would be come more accepted to be geeky. Suddenly all my hobbies have become more widely accepted in society, and i for one am extremely happy for this.

Why though do some feel like they should exclude people from the very thing that i personally spent many years wishing more people would accept. These people are no better than the bullies that i once had to avoid. It brings down a group of people, majority of which, are great.

I will always enjoy movies, music ,video games and arts but will never identify myself as part of an extreme fandom. Lets enjoy the things that should be fun and lets not be cunts about it! There’s enough depressing things in the world without those people.

Playing Conker’s Bad Fur Day for the first time and just amazed just how weird and f***d up it is. Definatly a only one of its kind type of game!
Playing the Live and Reloaded version instead of the N64 version as i am not made of money but around six hours in and enjoying every minute of it so far… even if it is a tad on the more difficult side than most games released today!
